Tour Plan

Day 1 : Transfer to Kibale National Park

Wake up early in the morning and start on the journey to Kibale forest national park travelling western part of Uganda in Fort Portal. Lunch break in Fort Portal town, after lunch embark to the journey to Kibale national park.

Upon arrival check in to your reserved lodge and later for Bigodi walk for bird and primates watching or visit the crater lakes and view the breathtaking scenery. Retire to the lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2 : Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national Park

After having breakfast early in the morning, report to the Headquarters (Kanyanchu Tourist Centre) for briefing about the rules and regulations for tracking chimpanzees.

After briefing enter into the thick forest of Kibale to search for the delightful apes, however the track gives you chances to spot other wild creatures and a number of numerous bird species. After chimpanzee tracking back to the lodge for lunch, checkout and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park have a late evening game drive.

Day 3 : Game drive and Afternoon boat cruise

After a hefty breakfast, head for a morning game drive with chances to view a variety of animals such as elephants, kobs, Lions, waterbuck, Leopard, forest Hog, topi, bushbucks and many others.

Return to the Lodge for Lunch. After lunch you will head for an evening boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel where you will be able to view a number of concentration of Hippos and a number of bird species over 550 species.

Day 4 : Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park

After a morning breakfast, transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park for Gorilla trekking. As you en-route to the park you will witness the tree climbing lions in the Ishasha sector including a great country side, scenic landscape, the western Rift valley, and the Baboon forest. Upon arrival at the park, check- in to your reserved lodge for rest as you prepare for Gorilla Trekking the following day.

Day 5 : Mountain Gorilla Trekking

After a heavy breakfast at your lodge, you will head to the park Headquarter for briefing about Mountain Gorilla Trekking rules and regulations plus conservation tips. After the briefing you will enter into the thick Bwindi Impenetrable forest for the search of the primates, once you locate the Mountain Gorillas you will be allowed one hour with them for interactions and photography.

Day 6 : Transfer to Entebbe

After a morning breakfast at the lodge, check out and embark to the journey to Kampala capital city with a stopover at the Equator for photography and historic stories. After a great adventure at the Equator continue with the journey to Kampala for your departure flight.
